Minicab For London is located in the heart of London offering a comprehensive range of transport services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Minicab For London have been providing services in London since 1996. We are proud to have over 5500 happy clients and cover over a 1000 areas within London for airport transfers, hotel transfers, school runs and much much more.
We have made the online booking process very simple and user friendly allowing you to complete a booking within three simple steps.
Minicab For London cover the whole of London and surrounding areas for all types of journeys.. We also offer a pick up and drop to five major airports (Heathrow, Luton, Gatwick, Stansted and London City).
We have a large fleet of PCO licensed vehicles including Saloon, Estate, MPV, Large MPV (8 Seater) and also Executive cars. If you are not sure which vehicle you will require you can contact a member of our team on the live chat facility which is available 24 hours a day.
If it is a pre booking you are advised to book 24 hours in advance, especially if it is an airport transfer. You are more than welcome to book a ride for ASAP and estimated ETA should not be more than approx 20 minutes even in peak times.

Of course you can cancel your booking. You can do so up until the vehicle has been dispatched without any charge, however if it is cancelled after this you will incur a cancellation fee. For more info click here

We are proud to have been offering a fixed price policy for over 20 years. The price you have been quoted online or over the phone is the price you will pay. This will only change if you add an additional stop, change your destination or require a different vehicle. For more info click here
This is not required and you can pay cash at the end of your journey. Alternatively, you can also pay via Card and PayPal online at the end of the journey. Our drivers do not have any facility to accept payment in their vehicles so should you wish to pay via Card or PayPal then simply contact us on +44 208 204 4444. However it is our company policy for any long distance journey to be prepaid in advance, so if you have booked this as a cash fare then a member of the team may contact you regarding making payment.
Unfortunately we do not take any payments over the phone however you can pay online via Card or PayPal.

Our team closely monitor your flight which is why we require the flight number for any airport collection. Once the flight has landed the driver will meet you accordingly after landing i.e if you requested the driver to meet you 30 minutes after landing then regardless of the landing time even if the flight is early/delayed the driver will meet you 30 minutes after accordingly. You will not have to pay extra if your flight is delayed, and we also offer an additional 20 minutes free waiting time to what you have requested. For more info click here
If your flight is cancelled or you are taking another flight then please contact our control room immediately on +44 208 204 4444 or email us on bookings@minicabforlondon.com so we can make the necessary changes to your booking or cancel it if you wish so.

The meeting points vary depending on the airport and terminal (See below for the meeting points). For Luton and Stansted it will cost £3 extra for the driver to collect you from inside whereas for all other airports the price includes being collected from inside.
If you cannot locate your driver and have not received an SMS with the driver details then simply call us on +44 208 204 4444 and a member of our team will be happy to help.
Once you complete a booking online you will receive a booking confirmation via email. If you book over the phone, email or live chat you will also get a booking confirmation via SMS but can also request an email too.
You can always request a receipt from your driver once the journey is completed. Alternatively, you can send us an email at bookings@minicabforlondon.com or call us on +44 208 204 4444 and a member of the team will be happy to help.
On the final step of the booking process there is an option to enter our discount voucher just above the ‘Book Now’ section. Once you have enter it and have clicked Apply, a message will appear saying Voucher Applied!! Once this has been applied you can still choose to pay via Card or PayPal as normal.
To avoid disappointment, please pre-book your return journey with the office and not the Driver. We do not encourage private bookings with the Drivers, as these bookings are illegal and are not covered by the Driver's insurance.
Once you make a booking with Minicab For London then it is our responsibility to provide you with a Minicab. In the event of a breakdown we will provide you with another vehicle at no additional cost to yourself. We will never leave you stranded and that is a promise!
Our fleet is primarily Private Hire, which means your minicab must be booked and dispatched via our control room. Not only does this ensure that you will be picked up by a proper licensed driver and vehicle but also means that the vehicle is properly insured. Only London style minicabs may be hailed in London.
All lost property found in our vehicles is returned to our office. If you wish to have the item delivered then a minicab fare will be charged from the office to the delivery address. However, any items found are kept in our office for four weeks and if they are not claimed then we hand them into any near Police Station.
